The Small Business Development Center at Cleveland State Community College offers free small business counseling to our five-county service area: Bradley County, Polk County, McMinn County, Monroe County and Meigs County. We have regular free small business seminars that are offered at our center featuring our staff members or outside experts. Our mission is to encourage economic development in our region and we do that by supporting small business owners in any way we can.
